Remembering Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and her many visits to Suffolk.

We send our deepest sympathies to the Royal Family on the death of Her Majesty the Queen.  We share in the nation’s grief and give thanks for a long and distinguished life of service.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II visited Suffolk on many occasions over her 70 years on the throne. Her passion for horseracing made her a frequent visitor to its national home, Newmarket.

Following Queen Elizabeth's death, we have delved into the archives to bring you some of the county's memories of the longest-reigning monarch in British history.
